I've been meaning to try this restaurant for a while since I moved down here this is the second time I've ordered from here this time it was tacos. I didn't take a picture of the first time, but let me tell you the food here is amazing. and the portions are great. Check out these tacos.

It is a really good restaurant and hasn't given me food poisoning in coolidge. The workers are very nice and have good vibes. Highly recommend!

(OMG they have new tables!! More indoor space and beautiful engravings!) EDIT: if money wasn’t an object and I didn’t have stomach issues, I’d be eating here every single day. Everything is so delicious every time!!!!! Rolbeto’s is a true dinner, lunch, or breakfast saver for us! We can’t express our appreciation for you guys. (In first picture: carne asada tacos, carne asada fries, and bean&cheese burrito) Just moved up here to Coolidge and absolutely LOVE this taco shop!! The asada meat is so delicious and the fries are to die for. No toppings needed, but definitely order the asada fries. I’m excited to try more menu items in the future!! Thank you for your kindness :)

Been coming here for over a year and never disappointed writing this review as im eating a bacon egg and potato burrito always fresh made and always got salsa on deck! props to everyone who works there 10/10 recommend this spot

Best Mexican Restaurant in Coolidge for many reasons only restaurant in Coolidge I’ve ever felt respected & appreciated as a Chicano. Also this place is truly Mexican and has a nice dining area inside and out.
